Ceramic fiber blanket is made of washed blowing ceramic fiber and banding agent in vacuum environment. With high strength, fine flexibility and workability, the product is ideal materials for production of high-temperature-durable gaskets, heating insulating parts and so on. The classification temperature is 1050-1430 o C.
Product Features:
High tensile strength and flexibility, durable to thermal impact and chemical erosion, low thermal conductivity, high dielectric strength of insulation, convenient for punching and cutting, free from asbestos.
Application:
The product is widely used in production of refractory gasket, refactory and insulating materials in electric heating appliances, silencers of automobiles, deadening and insulating materials for vent-pipes, filtering materials at high temperatures, substitution of asbestos paper and sealing materials for expansion gaps.
