    樣品貴需要收取樣品費用的回復(fù)模板
    Dear XXXX,
    It’s our pleasure to arrange the sample for you. However, I hope you can understand that it is our company policy to charge on samples.
    Attached pls find the PI for your reference. Samples will be ready in XX days after PIconfirmed and sent out immediately after sample fee received.
    To contact the courier service in advance, pls kindly advice your courier account.If you have any question pls feel free to let us know.

    Remarks:
    1) 既然要讓買家付錢,最好提供正式一定的文件--- PI,把自己的賬號直接寫在郵件里面讓買家轉(zhuǎn)賬是不太好吧。
    2) PI里面,最好能簡單寫下產(chǎn)品的主要規(guī)格、包裝,確認樣品的制作的細節(jié),免得客戶付了錢收到樣品后又反饋樣品不是他想要的,影響進一步的合作。
     
    2.   樣品可免費提供但是要收取運費

    We will arrange the sample immediately. Here are some sample details for your doublecheck: @#$^&*# (此處表示產(chǎn)品規(guī)格)In order to arrange shipping intime, pls kindly advice your courier account. Your kind understanding will be appreciated.

    要買家的快遞賬號是重點,確認樣品細節(jié)是為了讓收運費顯得不那么直接。
    再說,多確認下SAMPLE DETAIL 也沒什么壞處,又專業(yè)又仔細。
    如果能再包裝一下免費樣品會更好:

    ‘Usually we don’t offer free sample but we really cherish this chance to open the new South America market.  I’ve talked to my boss and he agrees to offer free sample but I’m afraid the freight charge will have to be bared by you.’
     
    3.   不想寄樣品
    第一封詢盤就要樣品的買家,說不定根本就不是什么買家,特別當詢盤來源是某些不適合該產(chǎn)品的地區(qū)時,可能只是要FREE SAMPLE 而已,不想寄樣,但也不建議直接拒絕。參考樣版:
    Dear XXXX,
    Thanksfor your interest in our sample. However, pls kindly understand that sample isspecially handmade thus we have to charge sample at a double price of massproduction.
    If youhave courier account pls let us know so that we can contact the courier servicein advance.
    Prepaid shipping charge is usually lower so you can also choose transfer shipping charge USD40 with the sample cost. (運費最好也多報一點)
    Sample will be immediately sent out once the above amount is received. Your kind understanding will be appreciated.

    4、要收費買家就沒下文,如何跟進?

    I learned from shipping department that DHL would give us a favorable discount, only USD30 for the sample delivery to your place.
    You may choose to transfer the freight in advance to save your cost. What do you think?

    Christmas promotion is around the corner. It usually takes XXX days from sample approval till mass production delivered.
    To launch the product in time before this big season, it’s better to get everything ready by XXXX.
    Pls advise what we should do with the sample. We are still waiting for your confirmation on the PI and your courier account.

    如果不收樣品費的, 想讓買家出運費,如果樣品制作的時間不長,不管樣品是不是真的READY,都可以告訴客戶說樣品已經(jīng)完成了,說不定買家一看,東西已經(jīng)可以寄啦,那我再看一眼吧。

    Regards---如果樣品是庫存品,不妨再附上一些圖片給買家看看。
     
    5、有收樣品費的,只要樣品制作的時間不長,不管樣品是不是真的READY,也可以說樣品已經(jīng)做好了,但要讓買家覺得,我們已經(jīng)在讓步了。
