加工貿易異地加工，外發(fā)加工，和深加工結轉的區(qū)別在于概念不同——
所謂加工貿易異地加工一般是指加工貿易的經營單位與加工單位不再同一地區(qū)，換句話說就是經營單位委托外地的加工單位做加工。
所謂外發(fā)加工一般是指加工貿易的經營單位自己把部分或全部加工活計外發(fā)給本單位之外的單位加工——如果外放給外地加工單位，就屬于異地加工。
所謂深加工結轉一般是指加工單位完成了整個加工過程中的一部分，而將半成品轉給下道工序的加工單位繼續(xù)加工。
