一般客戶這么問(wèn),通常是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手比較介意。
所以,輕易不要讓他知道你和他的對(duì)手有什么關(guān)系。
直接否認(rèn),或者以公司機(jī)密為由拒絕回答。
再委婉的表達(dá),你更愿意跟他合作。
這樣的話,客戶可能更容易接受一些。
不過(guò),這一切都是建立在假設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)上。
客戶的真實(shí)目的,還要基于你對(duì)客戶的了解。
有針對(duì)性的解釋,才能是合作關(guān)系更加穩(wěn)固。
