    作為外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員,你是否也遇到過(guò)這種情況:與客戶相談甚歡,開心的把報(bào)價(jià)單發(fā)給客戶,結(jié)果客戶來(lái)了一句:太貴了,于是乎你來(lái)我往一番價(jià)格激戰(zhàn),我還是投降了,降了價(jià)結(jié)果客戶還是繼續(xù)砍。

    那么我們遇到這樣的情況應(yīng)該如何處理呢?

    首先我覺(jué)得這個(gè)問(wèn)題的關(guān)注點(diǎn)應(yīng)該是你自己的利潤(rùn)點(diǎn)定位在哪里。對(duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō),我提交了價(jià)格以后,如果你要砍我價(jià),我不會(huì)立刻做出回應(yīng)。請(qǐng)參考如下4點(diǎn):

    1.客戶砍價(jià)的時(shí)候,不能一口回絕,一口回絕可能導(dǎo)致客戶流失;也不要太爽快就給他降價(jià),人總是會(huì)有貪小便宜心理的,客戶會(huì)想,你這么爽快就答應(yīng)了,那你們肯定是還有很大的利潤(rùn)空間的,客戶就會(huì)再要求你更便宜一點(diǎn);

    2.要委婉的拒絕,你可以強(qiáng)調(diào)自家產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)勢(shì),可以給他一個(gè)包郵,或者說(shuō)給他送些小禮品;

    3.如果客戶最后實(shí)在是不依不撓,這個(gè)時(shí)候你可以給他稍微優(yōu)惠一點(diǎn)點(diǎn),但是切記,不能太著急!永遠(yuǎn)都是說(shuō)我再看看,向公司申請(qǐng)一下,或者有相關(guān)的配件要重新和供應(yīng)商檢查成本;

    4.示弱,表明自己是小公司,小本經(jīng)營(yíng),根本沒(méi)有辦法承擔(dān)這么他的降價(jià)要求,希望能夠體諒一下,后續(xù)訂單穩(wěn)定的時(shí)候再提供相對(duì)應(yīng)的折扣優(yōu)惠;
