Here are some lessons we learned along the way:

    1. There are 2 main factors you need to look at:

    a. How many users are getting to your store: You affect the number of store visitors by properly tagging and describing your items such that they will come up in the Etsy search results. Also, you can use the "renew" technique which make the items appear higher in the Etsy category page  (it costs money to "renew" but many store owners still use this method). Do your research, explore the stores that come up when you search for "Handmade Bracelet" for example.

    b. How many store visitors are converting, i.e. making purchases - see below

    2. The number one factor that affects conversions is the variety of items you have on your store. The more designs you have, the higher the chance that your store visitors will find something they like. In your case there seems to be 5 items on display which are essentially variants of the same design.. This is a non starter.. You need to have dozens of different designs and better have variants on each basic design (different color/material of the same design).

    3. The number two factor that affects conversions is uniqueness. There are hundreds of thousands of stores in Etsy competing on very few categories (where fashion jewelry is the largest). You need to be unique and sometimes even gimmicky to grab attention.

    4. Images, images, images... Have multiple images per items. Clean image is ok, but it's better to also have the item on a model , or some nice background. When a visitor first lands on your store, he/she needs to be exited by the rich collage of items you have to offer (keep in mind it's a showroom and not some parts catalog).

    5. Pricing: spread your prices such that there will be expensive items that are probably overpriced and few items that are a bit under-priced. Then have your best sellers at your target price. The reason for the overpriced items is to provide "perspective" to the buyers when they look at the more popular items and see them at "reasonable" price.

    6. Shipping: shipping times mater. If you are located outside the US but target the US market then many shoppers may skip a purchase if the delivery time is 2-3 weeks. In your case, prices are listed in pounds, this may suggest users that you are only shipping withing the UK. if you are targeting the entire EU you may wanna change to Euro currency and if you are also targeting the US then is must be a US dollar currency.

    7. Store owner credibility: Etsy users are paying attention to the number of sales you already have and for any feedback. This is a chicken-and-egg problem of course and getting the first 50 sales is harder than getting the next 100.. Also the Etsy platform tends to "credit" successful stores.

There are many more "tactical" tips but in the end it's about people taste. The more variety and uniqueness you have, the higher the chances that you'll hit more visitors' taste.
