聯(lián)系了很久的一個客戶,今天給我發(fā)了這封郵件,郁悶死了。這個客人很好的,我的每封郵件都很及時的回,很慶幸遇到了一個好客戶。樣品也寄了,反饋說我們的質(zhì)量很好,還談到了可能的訂單量,當時真的是挺高興的。前幾天說在和他的供應(yīng)商比對價格,今天收到了他的郵件,他是我的第一個客戶,我的第一單也沒指望了,唉。哪位高手支支招,下面我該怎么回他郵件啊,不勝感激。

They have come down on their price, we know the quality and service have always been good, and we try to be consistent with our vendors. Please feel free to send pictures and quotations on new products your company may offer.?I will be on vacation in October as well. I will be out of the office from Oct. 1st until Oct. 12th. I hope you have a wonderful festival!?
進展情況: 去了封郵件詢問他的目標價,想給他重報個價,他回了這封,只能繼續(xù)跟了,希望會有個好結(jié)果吧,不過個人覺得這個客人很實在。 Dear Candy, Thank you for your email and assistance with this. Your pricing is acceptable. The quality of your product samples was also good. The other company we already work with has given us good pricing and quality for many years, so we do not feel comfortable taking this product away from them. We would order new products from your company to establish a business relationship with you if we find anything else that we think would sell well. 你不需要重新降價,不要和他原來的供貨商殺價格了,這樣會兩敗俱傷,客戶是漁翁得利啊。只要有利潤,你降別的供貨商也會跟著繼續(xù)降,但是我感覺這客人就是想利用你們得到更好的價格,并不是想更換供貨商。希望不大。
要么繼續(xù)保持聯(lián)系, 如果是工廠的話, 是存在先天優(yōu)勢的 要先確定客戶不跟你合作的因素, 我覺得不僅僅是價格因素 好好思考后, 把自己的想法告訴客戶, 就可以了
他沒給目標價格,他的供應(yīng)商價格應(yīng)該之前給的挺高,看了我們的報價后現(xiàn)在降價了,我要不要給他也重新報個價,還是向他推薦一下我們其他的產(chǎn)品呢
