    美國進口免稅額提高800美元后，誰在哭？

    雨果從外媒近日的報道中了解到，自從美國把進口免稅額提高到800美元，是原來200美元的四倍，可謂是有人歡喜有人愁。對于消費者和快遞公司來說，這一新政策絕對是好消息，但也給美國零售商帶來了更加激烈的競爭。

    據(jù)了解這一新政實施前，美國前50大進口商品平均征收33%的稅費，而且珠寶的關(guān)稅高達110%，價格因此翻了一倍多。

    現(xiàn)在商品低于800美元可以免收稅，UPS、FedEx和DHL等快遞公司表示業(yè)務因此激增。

    FedEx Express的國際業(yè)務總監(jiān)Ralph Carter稱，美國進口商品免稅額提高為全球企業(yè)進入美國大開方便之門。

    法國電商Melijoe.com的首席財務官Romain de La Rivière表示，政策改變后，其網(wǎng)站奢侈童裝的美國訂單量提高了27%。來自美國的銷售額目前占了Melijoe的20%總銷售額，高于新政前的15%，預計數(shù)據(jù)將繼續(xù)增長。美國成為了該公司的戰(zhàn)略市場。

    雖然跨境網(wǎng)購開支僅占全球總網(wǎng)購開支的一小部分，但是增長速度很快，年增速超過25%。

    預計到2020年將有9.43億人從國外網(wǎng)購，開支達9940億美元。根據(jù)comScore和UPS的調(diào)查顯示，目前美國有54%的網(wǎng)購消費者從國外網(wǎng)購過。

    美國的這一免稅額新政解決了許多消費者境外網(wǎng)購的心頭大患——額外的稅費。因此OmologatoWatches.com網(wǎng)站400美元手表的美國訂單提高了，該網(wǎng)站所有人Shami Kalra稱：“之前美國消費者很猶豫不決，因為都不知道要繳納多少的稅費?！?/span>

    而且現(xiàn)在退貨也容易了很多，不用來回支付關(guān)稅了。
