推廣信是我們的“面子工程”,推廣信寫作是否專業(yè),會(huì)直接給買家傳遞我們公司是否專業(yè)的信息。所以,好的推廣信,首先要給對(duì)方一個(gè)好的第一印象。這些包括:
1) 用語禮貌,正式。不要用pls, ASAP, thx, u, ur等縮寫。盡量多用Could you please…; Would you please等句型。
2) 不要使用不恰當(dāng)?shù)臉?biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào),尤其忌諱過多使用感嘆號(hào),會(huì)讓買家產(chǎn)生厭惡。
3) 要注意避免拼寫錯(cuò)誤。建議您在Word中編輯好推廣信,利用Word的語法拼寫檢查檢查是否有拼寫錯(cuò)誤,然后再發(fā)送給買家。
4) 推廣信要簡(jiǎn)潔明了,突出賣點(diǎn)(產(chǎn)品的賣點(diǎn)、公司的賣點(diǎn))。如果產(chǎn)品有行業(yè)認(rèn)證,一定要注明!
5) 如果您是行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)成員,一定不要忘了提到這個(gè)信息,這個(gè)信息對(duì)買家很重要,是買家判斷您的專業(yè)性的根據(jù)之一。
6) 稱呼。如果對(duì)方是女士,則稱呼Dear Ms. XXX,男士則稱呼Dear Mr. XXX。如果性別不詳,則稱呼Dear Sir/ Madam
7) 郵件第一段第一句話最好不要用“How are you?” Nice day”等非正式語言,可以簡(jiǎn)潔直接地告訴對(duì)方您是從什么渠道獲知對(duì)方信息的。常用句型參考:I saw your information on XXXX; After having seen your buying offer on …I would like to …。然后簡(jiǎn)單介紹自己(姓名、職位)和公司名。第二段簡(jiǎn)單介紹公司(公司在行業(yè)內(nèi)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),如果有比較長時(shí)間的專業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)則更好、公司的所在城市)以及產(chǎn)品范疇(與買家采購相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品范疇,不相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品不要提),一定要記得突出自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)!郵件中要提供自己的網(wǎng)站鏈接(最好提供在MIC上的網(wǎng)站鏈接,如果提供自己的公司網(wǎng)站鏈接,對(duì)方可能會(huì)害怕病毒而不敢打開),讓對(duì)方可以了解更多自己的產(chǎn)品和公司信息。說到這里,需要提醒一下,很多供應(yīng)商的公司網(wǎng)站信息非常簡(jiǎn)單,通常只有一些圖片和對(duì)應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品名稱,這樣的網(wǎng)站鏈接即使提供給買家,也無法吸引買家的興趣,因?yàn)槟木W(wǎng)站沒有能夠幫助買家獲取所需信息,也就是說沒有為買家方便獲取信息提供條件。
9) 最后一定要將自己的詳細(xì)聯(lián)系信息告知對(duì)方(電話、傳真、郵箱地址、手機(jī),如果方便的話)
10) 面對(duì)不同的背景、專業(yè)、行業(yè)的買家,不要發(fā)千篇一律的推廣信,要定制屬于你自己的,有針對(duì)性的推廣信。如銷售電子元器件產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)商,面對(duì)的往往都是行業(yè)工程師出身的買家,那么在推廣信中,對(duì)產(chǎn)品特性、參數(shù)的描寫要多于特點(diǎn)的介紹,并注意提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。關(guān)于買家劃分及推廣對(duì)策分析,我們會(huì)詳細(xì)介紹。
