    　　拉美作為新興電商市場，與其他類似市場具有相同的因素：人口紅利帶來的潛在消費群體增長、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及度日益提高、社交媒體使用廣泛、本土技術創(chuàng)新缺乏等。

    　　從市場規(guī)模來看，位列拉美第一的巴西，即使經濟下行也阻擋不了電商發(fā)展的勢頭。這主要得益于中國商品的性價比，由于經濟萎縮，人們傾向于用更少的錢買到更好更豐富的商品，中國跨境電商們滿足了這個需求。

    　　在秘魯，電商市場正以每年20%的速度快速增長。自中秘自由貿易協(xié)定2010年實施以來，中國已成秘魯?shù)谝淮筚Q易伙伴、第一大出口對象國和第二大進口來源國。
