一、首先是打招呼!見到買家走到展臺(tái)這邊來呢,當(dāng)然要很熱情的跟買家打招呼,歡迎買家來參觀。

LZ之前也參加過一些國內(nèi)的展會(huì),我覺得微笑是很重要的,沒人會(huì)喜歡哭喪著臉的人,熱情一點(diǎn),主動(dòng)一點(diǎn)準(zhǔn)沒錯(cuò)的~
二、打完招呼之后呢可以開始介紹自己的產(chǎn)品了,不過LZ的經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)?,最好是先詢問一下?duì)方是啥來頭,看看是不是自己產(chǎn)品的意向客戶。
可以說:May I know what you are looking for? What can I help you?
Are you looking for xxx products?
在得知對(duì)方是潛在買家的時(shí)候,遞上我們的宣傳資料,或者樣品之類的,開始介紹我們的產(chǎn)品
We're professional supplier of xxx. Our products.......(此處省略N多字)
這些相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品介紹公司的宣傳材料應(yīng)該都有的,大家好好記一記就啦!
三、介紹產(chǎn)品的時(shí)候呢,如果感覺客戶還比較有意向呢,得趕緊向客戶要名片啦
May I have your business card?
遞上自己的名片 This is my business card. May I have yours?
Can I have one copy of your company information?
當(dāng)展位前比較繁忙時(shí),如果顧不來某些客戶,可以先遞上資料
Hello, we are xxx. Here are some information for your reference.Please take a look and I will be right back.
當(dāng)遇到真正的買家,需要進(jìn)一步溝通產(chǎn)品價(jià)格、貨運(yùn)等等,可以請客戶坐下來,詳細(xì)談一談。
Please step in and take a seat. 千萬別說sit down哦,中國人喜歡說sit down,老師都是這么教的,但是sit down是命令的口氣,客戶聽了可能會(huì)覺得不舒服。
四、跟客戶談的差不多了,可以提出合影的要求

五、告別
談完了怎樣告別呢?
Thanks for your visit / interest. GoodBye / ByeBye.

六、如果遇到英語比較糟糕的客戶的時(shí)候呢,放慢彼此語速,聽不懂不怕問問題,重復(fù)對(duì)方問題(關(guān)鍵詞)--確認(rèn)
肢體語言
學(xué)一些簡單的當(dāng)?shù)貑柡蛘Z(尤其是南美、俄羅斯、法國、德國等地),可以拉近雙方距離

--Do you mean…?(確認(rèn)對(duì)方說的跟你理解的是否一致)
