在各大外貿(mào)論壇我經(jīng)?？吹讲簧訇P(guān)于客戶不付樣品郵資的帖子，的確很另人頭疼。以下是我的一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，希望對(duì)大家有所幫助。同時(shí)也希望有更多的外貿(mào)同行來(lái)與大家分享自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)！
在給客戶寄樣之前應(yīng)該對(duì)客戶做個(gè)調(diào)查來(lái)了解客戶資信狀況，是否很有誠(chéng)意，是否真的對(duì)自己的產(chǎn)品感興趣以及是否對(duì)自己產(chǎn)品有需求！
以下是我常用來(lái)說(shuō)服客戶付樣品郵資的句子：
1)It is our company rule.We will appreciate?if?you pay postage for the samples.
這是我司的規(guī)定。如貴方能付樣品郵資，我方將不勝感激！
2)We believe this will do favor to develop the business between us.We are doing in this way with most of our customers.We sincerely hope it will be also workable to you.
我方相信這將促進(jìn)雙方的業(yè)務(wù)。我方與大多數(shù)的客戶都是這樣做的。我方真誠(chéng)的期望這對(duì)貴方也是可行的。
3)Besides,it is also a way?to show?your sincerelity of doing business with us.
另外，這也是體現(xiàn)貴方與我方合作的誠(chéng)意。
4)We promise we will definitely return the postage to you when we first cooperation.
我方承諾，首次合作時(shí)，我方一定會(huì)把郵資返還給貴方！
5)So,you may just choose some interesting items(products) and tell us your company's courier account and No.
因此貴方只要告訴我方感興趣的項(xiàng)目（產(chǎn)品）以及貴司的快遞帳號(hào)。
6)We also accept T/T in advance If you don't have any courier account。The following is our? USD account information:
如果貴方?jīng)]有任何快遞帳號(hào)，我方也接受貴方的電匯。以下是我方的美圓帳戶信息：
7)We will consult relevant courier company here? and inform you how much postage you should pay to our USD account.
我方將咨詢相關(guān)快遞公司，然后通知貴方要付多少到我方的美圓帳戶上。
8)We regret that?any inconvenience brought to you and thanks very much for your cooperation.
對(duì)貴方帶來(lái)的不便之處，我方深表歉意。同時(shí)也感謝貴方的合作！
注：以上是我在實(shí)際操作中常用的一些句子，也說(shuō)服了很多客戶。只要客戶有合作誠(chéng)意，相信他們一定會(huì)付郵資的！
