“一大早,手機(jī)響了,我就知道客人打電話給我了。下面看一下我和客人的經(jīng)典對白:
第一次做,美國客人:the price is too high,
JACKY:No profit, no business. If on this price, we will lose it, we don't do this business.坦白,直率,讓客人無話可說。
第二次,美國客人:The price is high, you need to low down the price as before
JACKY:If I gave you too low price, my boss will kill me. Cos the India Material price goes up, everything is change now. US dollars Range goes down. Please understand it.
This is what??I gave to my customer, and my customers say great, I will gave you many orders.
還有一個關(guān)于交貨期的問題。I say, we have a new Working plan, we had added the Production line, I am sure we will give you one container in two weeks. If you have more orders for me, I am glad for it, if not. I will accept it.
關(guān)于效率,I say, i have high efficency torwards the work. I appreciate that you have a good working plan.
這樣我就拿下了更多的定單,所以面對客人要看情況,凡事適可而止,有所為有所不為。客人看的也就是這份坦誠,實(shí)在,當(dāng)然不同國家,要以不同方式去面對。沒有必要對客人低三下氣,要讓客人覺得做這生意你值我也值?!?/p>
看了這篇東西,起初覺得Jacky說話太直接,但是再仔細(xì)體會一下,做生意就要干脆利落,明明白白。
并不是適合每個人的. 如果你的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量過關(guān).公司有了一定的信譽(yù)這樣是可以的.還是要具體情況具體對待了. 但是你確實(shí)牛
對于價(jià)格,還是要看客戶的,就算同樣是美國客戶,可能對A來說價(jià)格可以接受,但對B來說接受有點(diǎn)難,所以要不同的客戶采購,不同的應(yīng)對策略。
