i don't know who will have a view of my blog,and how many of them like me just a green hand at some field,no matter what you do ,no matter what you say,you just a a green hand,a new comer at some of the field.

take this oportunutiy to introduce myself. I am Anna,from guangxi ,work at ningbo as a foreign business wamon,but in fact i just a green hand in business,i know little at foreign business even though my major is business english at school and often visit FOB forum. i just graduate from this year,2008 .,a very special year,the olympic game,all of us proud of our conutry! i graduate from this year and this is a hard time to do foreign business,thounds of foreign enterprise bank up .
from may to sep .in this short three month,i change three work place
one in jieyang,guangdong province,just work for one month. cos i don't like the manager ,who also is my boss,but know little about foreign business,and he have the intention to be my boyfriend,i scare for it,and quit this job
other one is in ningbo zhejiang,one of small toy factory. The boss just can say ningbo local language ,but i don't know what he said when we held conference.and one of the experience trader pretend to cooperate with me and force other colleage to leave.she was not a simple girl with beautiful.black heart with in!so finnally ,i change other new place to work
now also in ningbo,but not in factory.i am one of the smal import and export trade company
here colleagues are so nice but the boss is so nice to us,a little to hard.
anyway,during the three months,i learn more about interrelationship and business ,also about the society.tks for the job-hunting
but in fact ,many of us are sick of interviews,there are too many interviews we have.we also know what interviewer will say when he or she open mouth.we also don't want to change works so frenquency,but we have no chioce
so find the right boss and right work environment to stay.is very important!

If you want successful,you must change your idea. In fact there's no right boss and good environment for any person. You must make yourself suit for the job, attention,just the job,not the boss, not other workers, not the envrioment. Just make yourself can communicate with many kinds of people. Don't judge them by yourself especially in short time. Just find a job and to do that, to learn you don't know, don't care about others.
