Here is the picture I promised. Before you do a lot of work with this design, please give me an estimated cost of tooling, modeling, and cost of the product. We originally quoted this product from another China supplier out of resin. The customer has now changed the design and wants as much detail in the 4 action figures as possible. We will stay with the 4“” high x6“” wide x 4“” deep, quantity of 250. The action figures will be modeled into the building. As illustrated, they will be bas relief. Let me know if we can make this of resin or it should be PVC to get good detail.

The designers modified the design somewhat so that the figures are against the building. They will need to be bas relief though. They look flat on the image, but need to be modeled with a lot of detail. Not sure how it will work with the two on the front of the building. Would you please show this to the factory and find out:
1) Will they be able to get detailed with it? The muscles, uniforms, colors, etc.
2) What would be the revised costs be?
The customer is very adamant about the figure being very detailed and match the art.
Please let me know as soon as possible. I may hold off sending revised art to customer until we hear back from factory.
