    歐盟CE認(rèn)證簡(jiǎn)介CE認(rèn)證是構(gòu)成歐洲指令核心的“主要要求”，在歐共體1985年5月7日的（85/C136/01）號(hào)《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的新方法的決議》中對(duì)需要作為制定和實(shí)施指令目的“主要要求”有特定的含義，即只限于產(chǎn)品不危及人類、動(dòng)物和貨品的安全方面的基本安全要求，而不是一般質(zhì)量要求，協(xié)調(diào)指令只規(guī)定主要要求，一般指令要求是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的任務(wù)。產(chǎn)品符合相關(guān)指令有關(guān)主要要求，就能加附CE標(biāo)志，而不按有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)一般質(zhì)量的規(guī)定裁定能否使用CE標(biāo)志。 

    因此準(zhǔn)確的含義是：CE標(biāo)志是安全合格標(biāo)志而非質(zhì)量合格標(biāo)志。它被視為制造商打開(kāi)并進(jìn)入歐洲市場(chǎng)的護(hù)照，凡是貼有“CE”標(biāo)志的產(chǎn)品就可在歐盟各成員國(guó)內(nèi)銷售，無(wú)須符合每個(gè)成員國(guó)的要求，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了商品在歐盟成員國(guó)范圍內(nèi)的自由流通。CE兩字，是從法語(yǔ)“Communate Europpene”縮寫而成，是歐洲共同體的意思。歐洲共同體后來(lái)演變成了歐洲聯(lián)盟（簡(jiǎn)稱歐盟）。
