    我是外貿(mào)新手，請(qǐng)問下退稅的問題 請(qǐng)問下各位領(lǐng)取《出口退稅核銷單》，申報(bào)出口總金額。核銷單還需海關(guān)蓋章確認(rèn)貨物確實(shí)已經(jīng)出口。在收到國外買家支付的貨款以后，憑銀行收據(jù)，連同核銷單到外匯管理局辦理核銷，再憑增值稅發(fā)票等到稅務(wù)局辦理退稅事宜，領(lǐng)取退稅金。等等這些事情是由貨代去辦還是由自己公司去辦呢？
