美國、歐洲的猶太人，伊斯蘭教，或者印度教、佛教徒是不過圣誕節(jié)的，不過圣誕節(jié)，不過圣誕節(jié)，重要的事情說三遍！
歪果仁都過圣誕節(jié)嗎？
圣誕節(jié)是一個宗教節(jié)。因為把它當(dāng)作耶穌的誕辰來慶祝，因而又名耶誕節(jié)。這一天，世界所有的基督教會都舉行特別的禮拜儀式。每年12月25日，是基督徒慶祝耶穌基督誕生的慶祝日，在圣誕節(jié)，大部分的天主教教堂都會先在12月24日的耶誕夜，亦即12月25日凌晨舉行子夜彌撒，而一些基督教會則會舉行報佳音，然后在12月25日慶祝圣誕節(jié)；而基督教的另一大分支——東正教的圣誕節(jié)慶祝則在每年的1月7日，大多數(shù)的俄羅斯人在這一天過圣誕節(jié)。
而美國、歐洲的猶太人則是不過圣誕節(jié)的，有一位美國采購公司的老總就曾說過：我是一個美國猶太人，我們根本不過圣誕節(jié)，但是每年，我都會收到hundreds of Christmas greetings，這些圣誕祝福有的制作的非常精美，一看就是經(jīng)過精心策劃的，但是錯誤的節(jié)日祝福，讓我覺得很啼笑皆非。
但如果對方是伊斯蘭教，或者印度教，或者佛教徒，那么你給他特地發(fā)圣誕祝福，涵養(yǎng)好的客戶收到這樣的祝福，可能尷尬的一笑了之；脾氣不好的，收到了極可能要罵你一句“stupid”；嚴格的宗教徒，估計要火冒三丈。
所以，在發(fā)送祝福之前，先搞清楚你的客戶過不過圣誕節(jié)，以及什么時候過節(jié)。
怎樣寫一封祝福郵件？
首先，請注意抬頭，最好加上Mr或Mrs、Miss以示尊重，這樣的效果遠勝于直接稱呼“John and Mary Doe”）。
其次，在寫正文的時候加入一些個性化的描述，不要讓收件人感覺到這是一封群發(fā)的“模板”賀卡?？梢詥柡蛞幌率占说慕鼪r，顯得親切一些，然后再送上圣誕、新年祝福。
另外請注意，在郵件中最好弱化本公司的年度成就，而著重于感謝客戶的合作與支持。推廣自己的機會有很多，這個時刻還是不要喧賓奪主了。
更有心的，可以制作Flash賀卡、GIF賀卡，或者錄制一個小小的視頻。讓收件人感受到你的誠意。
