Jiangyin Weisheng Sewing Products Co. Limited is a Sino-US joint venture of Jiangyin Wenlin Cotton Knitware Factory and the US TPI Corporation. The factory has been specialized in the production and operation of bedding sets since its establishment in 1999. It is located in Wenlin town of Jiangyin, which is seated in the domestic economic hinterland of Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou, the Yangtze River delta area. It is only 30 kilometers away from either Zhangjiagang port or Jiangyin port. The transportation here is very convenient with international transportation. It is close to Shanghai in the east and to Nanjing in the west, with Huning and Xicheng expressways connecting the cities, and it only takes 5 hours to arrive at Wuxi airport. Besides, the Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge runs across the north and south highways, extending to all directions. So our company enjoys very excellent geographical conditions, which makes it convenient for transportation. The factory covers an area of 60 acres, the production area being 30000 square meters and the living quarters 6500 square meters. The main production equipment of our company includes: 36 air-jet weaving machines of model 280, 18 air-jet weaving machines of model 340; 64 rapier weaving machines of model 230, 66 rapier weaving machines of model 280, 68 rapier weaving machines of model 340; Full set of sizing machine, 180 computerized sewing machines, 2 automatic cutting machines, 8 computerized embroidery machines, 5 computerized machine for different designs, 3 semi-automatic double needle sewing machine of high speed, 10 machines for overseaming, buttonholing and chainscrewing, 2 machines for checking needles and also wrapping machines, which have shaped a one-stop production line from yarn to sewing products.
