Jiangsu Lopal Tech Co.,Ltd, was founded in 2003, headquartered in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.It's the biggest private lubricant manufacturer in CHina. In 2017, Lopal went public.
Currently, Lopal Tech's main owner. "Lopal", 'Kelas", "3ECARE" three brands. Main products are gasoline engine oil, diesel engine oil,3ECARE car care product,gear oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid, grease, motorcycle oil,engineering machinery lubricants, industrial lubricants, with an annual capacity of over 500,000 tons.
Lopal has three factiroes in China.In Tianjin the annual production has reached to 200,000 tons. The storage capacity for raw material is 60,000 tons and 24,000 square meters. In Nanjing, the annual production has reached to 300,000 tons, with single-shift production capacity of 100,000 tons. The storage capacity for raw material in Nanjing is 16,000 tons, for finished products is 7,000 tons. In Lishui, we produce vehicle urea, Adblue solution, filling equipment, car-care, household cleaning etc.
The company has a performance evaluation equipment for lubricants, coolant, brake fluid, grease and other products, and introduce GC, HPLC, ICP, IC, FT-IR, SEMans other high-level testing and analysis equipment, can provide strong support for competitor analysis and new product development. We use LIMS software to run system management for lab management, to facilitate the efficient completion of the experimental data and information collection, analysis , reporting, and management.
Lopal has fully adopted the American Petroleum Institute API and the international Lubricants Standardization and Certification Committee ILSAC related product certification, ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification, ISO14001: 2000 Environmental Management System Certification, CNAS national laboratory certification, TS 16949 certification; and also obtained BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Volvo and other international and domestic famous enterprises certification.
