Products Overview
Our products ranges from Spun yarn for weaving to Polyester blended fabrics. The products are manufactured on State of the art machineries imported from best vendors all over world.
In the yarn division we manufacture Polyester Viscose blended,100% Polyester (PSY) and 100% Viscose spun yarn in the following count range.
Our PV yarn is manufactured in the ratio of 67:33 respectively. We have followed international standards in the ratio of fibre used.
Singles:1/40,1/30,1/24,1/20 and 1/15 and
Doubles (100% T. F. O only):2/40 and 2/30.
We are the largest manufacturers of Polyester/Viscose (67%/33%) & Polyester/Cotton (67%/33%) blended suiting in this region.
Fabrics are made on SULZER (projectile) looms and processed on latest Processing machinery. All our fabrics meet the specific promised standards.
Our quality includes a wide range of plain, Trovin, matty suiting for uniforms and tussars, drills, twills (non denim) for fancy suiting. All these are available in various reeds/picks (sett), GSM, shades, feel etc. Our fabrics are most suitable for manufacturing readymade garments. Most of our customers are making trousers, Jackets, Pants, Children Wear, Frocks, shorts etc. From our fabrics for exports.
