Formerly named Baoying County Rope Factory, we were founded in 1981. After nearly 30 years quick development, pioneering efforts and innovation, we had participated in organizing a big company which is the company we are now. We boast advanced rope processing equipment imported from German and we are the only one in China with examination and testing facilities involving advanced technologies. We manufacture over 8,000 tons of chemical fiber ropes annually. We are a designated supplier of ropes of China Ship General Company and the most powerful manufacturer of chemical fiber ropes in China.
Our company has been certificated and recognized by China Classification Society and German Classification Society since 1980s, and has been certified by many state-level authoritative classification societies of the USA, Norway, France, and Japan. In 2000, our company passed quality certification ISO9001. our Jiuli brand chemical fiber ropes have been appraised as hi-tech products and well-known brand of Jiangsu Province, and are well-received in domestic and overseas markets and is the best choice for ocean shipping, ship-making equipment, national defense, mining, fishing, loading and unloading on ports, oil exploration and many other fields.
Jiuli brand chemical fiber ropes, manufactured according to international standards and fully automatic machines and equipment, are full series of products and have a full range of specifications. Our major products include polyamide fiber series, polyester, resin series, and UHMWPE. Our products in terms of structure include 3-ply, 4-ply, 6-ply, 8-ply, 12-ply and 48-ply (double-layer braided) with the diameters ranging from 4mm to 146mm for your option. Our company has developed nylon single coarse filament (which can march with Atlaus) ropes, compound ropes, composite ropes and core-coated ropes, and has patents for these products. These products have met the new demands of customers. Our company has had technological exchanges with national authoritative rope research institutes for many times, and has participated in the drafting of relevant standards. In 2003, the conference for the drafting and examination of the national standards of ropes was held in our company.
