Raigad – 410 208Maharashtra, 720 is specially engineered copolymer emulsion that bypass anysurface preparation procedure like hacking, cementwater application, etc., andreinforce the bonding of plaster with new/old concrete.It is used as concrete bonding agent with plaster and gypsum. It dries toform a tacky coating, unaffected by alkalinity of cement and gypsum. Onapplication, TSN 720 strengthens the bonding strength substantially andis not influenced by moisture allowing for use of TSN 720 on both interiorand exterior applications.Remove all the loose or disintegrated concrete, dust, oil, or any otherforeign material. On a clean surface, apply a coat of TSN 720, either withbrush/roller or spray. Allow to dry until tacky to touch (may take 1020minutes, depending upon the relative humidity). When surface becomesufficient tacky, apply a chat/ dashcoat of cement mortar in such a waythat a thin layer should form. Do not apply a chat/ dashcoat, if thesufficient tackiness is not developed. In that case, one may apply asecond coat of TSN 720 (The reason is some substrates are porous andmay need more material). After the settling of chat/ dashcoat, applyplaster or concrete in a usual manner.SIX months from the date of manufacturing when stored at 5 to 40 oC ina properly closed original container, in a cool and dry place, away fromdirect sunlight. Protect from freezing.Though no direct hazard is known, avoid direct contact with skin, eyeand exposure by inhalation.
