Features: First, it is equipped with arc evaporation source, coupled with magnetron sputtering targets that may be used separately and simultaneously. Second, it has filament heating and ionization accelerating unit. Third, by use of new target power source, the uniformity of coating and efficiency of ionic shooting can be realized. Fourth, with advanced coating technology, it is suitable to make various kinds of ornamental films.
