SUPERLITEX? Lightweight Wall
SUPERLITEX? is an ideal inorganic innovative wall material which is lightweight, fireproof, and energy-saving. It’s made of expanded perlite which is toasted by glass volcanic lava in high temperature, filled by: ?inorganic gel material, ISP core board dried and shaped in high pressure, and surface layer coating material. The properties of this product are super lightweight, environmentally friendly, non-combustible (A1), seismic resistance, thermal and sound insulation.
For the characteristics of safety construction, convenience and effective increase usable area, it is widely used in inner partitions, balcony slab, scissors ladder partitions and non-load bearing external wall for various buildings. It’s especially suitable for high-rise buildings and storey-adding, whose frame structure, bearing frame structure, and frame-shear wall structure and external thermal insulation fireproof belt.

At last, it needs to be shaped and dried in high pressure. The characteristics are super lightweight, poisonless and flavorless, with hard quality and high pressure resistance, Neutral PH, stable chemical property, excellent hydrophobicity, non-corrosive for pipe, safe and durable use, convenient to construction etc. It is widely applied in thermal insulation area for high temperature heating pipe in petroleum, chemical industry, electricity power etc.
