    不管你是在做自己的外貿(mào)獨(dú)立商城,還是在alibaba速賣通,eBay,etsy等平臺(tái)上面銷售商品,都會(huì)遇到一些買家拍下商品,但遲遲未下單的情況。

    未付款訂單指買家已經(jīng)拍下商品,但尚未付款的訂單。

    首先,PayPal商務(wù)顧問Jane分析下出現(xiàn)此類情況的原因:

    1、拍下后,無法及時(shí)聯(lián)系賣家對(duì)細(xì)節(jié)進(jìn)行確認(rèn)
    2、拍下后,發(fā)現(xiàn)運(yùn)費(fèi)過高
    3、對(duì)同類商品需要再進(jìn)行比較
    4、付款過程出現(xiàn)問題
    5、對(duì)賣家信譽(yù)產(chǎn)生疑慮

    那么對(duì)于未付款訂單,PayPal顧問Jane建議您可以采取以下管理技巧:

    1)當(dāng)訂單生成后立即給買家發(fā)站內(nèi)信、郵件,或者利用TradeManager及時(shí)和買家進(jìn)行溝通,了解他對(duì)這些“未付款訂單”的意見
    2)根據(jù)買家意見,
    a.對(duì)價(jià)格、運(yùn)費(fèi)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,給予折扣,讓商品更具競爭力;
    b.進(jìn)一步展示商品,提供圖片、細(xì)節(jié)描述,讓買家對(duì)商品質(zhì)量有更深認(rèn)識(shí);
    c.如果買家支付上遇到困難,可以主動(dòng)幫助買家解決該支付問題;
    d.對(duì)自己的公司實(shí)力進(jìn)行簡單介紹,增加買家信任和購買信心。
    3)如果買家24小時(shí)內(nèi)仍未付款也未給予任何回復(fù),可以考慮主動(dòng)調(diào)整價(jià)格,系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)發(fā)送調(diào)價(jià)后的郵件,通知買家重新關(guān)注下單商品
    4)有條件可以跟買家進(jìn)行電話溝通
