Dear xxx, I am so great to receive your feedback. Thanks for you are interesting our kuelox- 3-in-1 gel polish. I will prepare the color you ask for to let you trial the quanlity.May I ask for do you have shipping agent in China? This gel polish is easy operation than normal gel polish. 1:File the nail with sofe or crose file 2:Clean the dust by dust brush 3:Apply one level color under LED lamp curing for 10-30seconds 4:Apply again color under LED lamp curing for 90-120 seconds Remark: For best result, use soak off top coat at last step. That four steps can make nice color on nail. More detail please check the attachment. Remover process: 1: Prepare the carton, manicure foil, stainless steel matel pusher,100% acetone 2:Apply aceton on the carton 3:Put carton on tip with manicure foil. 4:Await 10-18mins, remover the foil, use matel pusher, follow the tip grow direction, remover it. A:是液體樣品快遞的問題,客戶提供快遞賬號,這個(gè)是存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn),如果客戶簽收樣品,卻拒絕付款,那么還是需要你支付快遞費(fèi)用??蛻粼卩]件也告知不愿意直接支付快遞費(fèi)用,但是沒有告知原因。既然客戶部愿意支付費(fèi)用,建議你可以嘗試讓客戶區(qū)聯(lián)系快遞公司或者貨運(yùn)公司,直接到工廠拿貨,當(dāng)然也要給一個(gè)優(yōu)惠,可以告知客戶如果下單,可以把這次快遞費(fèi)用退還給客戶。
B: 關(guān)于“客戶是否會根據(jù)樣品來模仿”。你的產(chǎn)品申請了專利或者技術(shù)壁壘較高嗎?如果有專利,美國人是很尊重知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的,不會像中國到處是山寨產(chǎn)品。如果你的產(chǎn)品容易模仿,其實(shí)客戶在展會上就可以直接要一個(gè)產(chǎn)品帶回去研究。建議如果客戶也是工廠,且生產(chǎn)和你相同的產(chǎn)品,就是你競爭對手,那么客戶價(jià)值不高,直接放棄。如果是代理產(chǎn)品,可以重點(diǎn)跟進(jìn),尋求合作。
