A call from a buyer
I’m sorry I can’t follow you. Would you repeat it?
I couldn’t catch you. Would you speak more slowly?
Will you speak more clearly?(你能不能講清楚點?) Would you speak more loudly, please?
Thank you for calling. I wish we could talk longer, but I have kept my visitor waiting.

    Picking up a Buyer
A:Excuse me, are you Mrs. Penn?
B: Hello! It’s a pleasure to meet you at last.
Did you have a good flight?
=Did you have a nice trip?
I hope you had a nice trip.
=I hope you have enjoyed your flight.
Hello! I’m David Li. Here’s my business card.
Oh, let me give you my business card before I forget.
    It’s very warm, isn’t it?
    Did everything go all right?
    How’s your business?
    I’ve enjoyed meeting you.
=I’m glad to have met you.
I’m very glad to have seen you.
    Have a nice day!
    =Have a good time!

    1. How are you today?
    2.Just fine,thanks. How are you?
    3.How’s everthing going?
    4.Not bad.
    5.How are you getting along?
    6.Nice to see you again.

50.I’d like to check in, please.

    A new Business Contact
How do you do, Mr. Brown? How’s going, Miss Lin?

    Factory Tour
請熟記下面的實用語句:抵達工廠時說:“I hope the noise isn’t bothering you.”(希望這些噪音沒有吵到你);參觀時不能久留時說:”We’re running a little short on time, so……”(我們的時間有限,因此……);參觀活動結(jié)束,車子在外面等候時說:“This completes our schedule for today. I understand they have our car already wait”(今天的活動安排已經(jīng)結(jié)束。

    Price Negotiation
This one is very good for 10 US dollars.(這東西絕對值10美元。)或These are slightly higher in price, but their superior quality makes them more valuable than the less expensive ones.(這些貨價稍微高了一點,但其優(yōu)異的品質(zhì),使它們比那些便宜的貨,更有價值。)
The price is quite reasonable.(這價格相當合理。)
在最后讓步時可說:“The best compromise we can make is …”(我們能做出的最大讓步是…)或者”This is the lowest possible price.”(這已是最低價格。)
