    做外貿(mào),開發(fā)信都寫過不少,曾經(jīng)有過長篇大論,也想過簡短精悍,更想過出奇的招數(shù)。效果參差不齊。最近郵箱經(jīng)常收到一些開發(fā)信,可能是誤找了我的郵箱吧。下面就我看到的一些開發(fā)信寫出我的想法和分析。如有異議,歡迎討論!

    優(yōu)點: 簡潔明了,整體看起來很舒服。
    個人建議:可以再加一兩句話描述產(chǎn)品或者公司特點和優(yōu)勢。以加深印象。

    優(yōu)點:正文簡潔明了,用不同的顏色,和加粗的字體表示不同的著重點。

    個人建議:.針對性不強,郵件中列出的產(chǎn)品是不同類型的,可能針對的客戶群體是不一樣的。這樣千篇一律的發(fā),沒有針對性。

    不足:主動語態(tài)太多,I, we, our 等。另外可以增加一些產(chǎn)品的特色和優(yōu)勢。

    整體效果很不錯,段落分配合理:第一段開門見山表達(dá)寫信的目的,第二段介紹公司產(chǎn)品,特點和使用市場。第三段,列舉目前的客戶群體。

    1. 表示已經(jīng)了解客戶的情況,然后針對客戶推薦合適的產(chǎn)品,從而引起客戶的注意。
    2. 簡單的公司介紹,并列舉公司具體的幾個大客戶,給客戶印象深刻。
    3.列舉如果客戶購買會得到什么好處,做生意必然有利益才會做。
    4.建議客戶先拿樣品,并給予后期支持。

    開發(fā)信主要還是如何告訴客戶你的優(yōu)勢在哪,為什么客戶會采購你的產(chǎn)品。簡短突出你的競爭力。太多太長的信客戶沒時間看。
