“限電減產(chǎn)”應(yīng)該如何向外貿(mào)客戶解釋？如何借此機(jī)會(huì)逼單?
近來(lái)在網(wǎng)上經(jīng)常能看到“拉閘限電”這四個(gè)字，這個(gè)現(xiàn)象在我國(guó)的確存在，甚至在個(gè)別地區(qū)還比較嚴(yán)重，究其原因，還是中國(guó)電力供應(yīng)和用電需求不平衡所致。
我們知道，中國(guó)電力能源結(jié)構(gòu)目前還是以火力發(fā)電為主，如風(fēng)電、光伏發(fā)電、清潔電力能源再增加但畢竟量還是很小，火力發(fā)電的主要原材料燃煤價(jià)格已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)化定價(jià)，受國(guó)際市場(chǎng)價(jià)格影響很大，燃煤漲價(jià)導(dǎo)致發(fā)電成本快速上升，發(fā)電廠多發(fā)一度電就要多增加一定虧損，而發(fā)電廠的出廠電價(jià)是非市場(chǎng)化的、高度管制的，不是說(shuō)漲就漲的，也就是面粉價(jià)格翻倍了，面包沒(méi)漲價(jià)，導(dǎo)致發(fā)電廠不愿意多發(fā)電。
從需求端來(lái)說(shuō)，電力的需求持續(xù)增加，加上新冠肺炎疫情影響，國(guó)外訂單往中國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)移，導(dǎo)致工業(yè)用電增加很快，更進(jìn)一步導(dǎo)致了對(duì)電力需求的持續(xù)增加，供求進(jìn)一步失衡。如果電價(jià)像歐美一樣是市場(chǎng)化定價(jià)，現(xiàn)在我們的電價(jià)肯定要飛漲，但我們電價(jià)不能漲，供應(yīng)跟不上，需求猛增，那只能是“拉閘限電”。
面對(duì)目前嚴(yán)峻的國(guó)內(nèi)能耗雙控形勢(shì)，8月份被國(guó)家發(fā)改委在《2021年上半年各地區(qū)能耗雙控目標(biāo)完成情況晴雨表》上“點(diǎn)名”的各省如江蘇、廣東、浙江等地均推出限電措施，嚴(yán)控高能耗企業(yè)用電情況。
近幾周內(nèi)，部分受影響企業(yè)的訂單交付必將短暫延遲。此時(shí)應(yīng)該如何用英文向客戶解釋呢？有沒(méi)有一些實(shí)錘可以能夠讓客戶理解工廠的不易？
提醒：如果你的工廠未受影響，客戶的訂單未受影響，或限產(chǎn)時(shí)間較短、影響不大、買家也沒(méi)有問(wèn)起的，倒也不必特意去向買家解釋，以免造成不必要的疑慮或恐慌。（如果你想逼單那就另說(shuō)。）
英文郵件模板分為以下三種：
1、客戶訂單受到限產(chǎn)影響
