Adding color to the whole world with katsuo-bushi. Kobayashi Food is a katsuo-bushi processor specializing in marketing toward businesses.
We obtain our katsuo-bushi not only domestically, but also from abroad and run three factories in Japan, where we handle over 1,500 tons of katsuo-bushi annually.
One of our factories has acquired HACCP authentication, and has been registered with the HACCP facilities of the United States' FDA.
Also, because we receive factory inspections from major food companies in Japan several times a year, strive to improve sanitary supervision and quality control, build up company performance and the trust placed in the security and safety of our products, and also perform everything from stocking ingredients to process packaging at our own factory, we currently continue to be cherished by 250 customer companies.
