MAE Wellful Industries Co., Ltd (MWI) is a subsidiary company of Modern Agricultural Equipment Co. Ltd. (MAE). It was established In May 18, 2012 based on the complete staff, facilities and business of Poultry and Livestock Equipment Business Unit (PLEBU) of MAE whose dominating shareholder is Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences (CAAMS).
MWI has reached leading level in waste treatment and organic fertilizer processing area by her R&D strength, advanced manufacturing facilities, and high engineering design level. MWI finished the program "Research and Development Of organic fertilizer processing line" supported by Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and the program won second prize issued by central government, which has been the best award in waste processing area up to now. From 2006 to 2011, MWI was appointed as leading unit to organize the largest program in waste processing area in the National Key Technology R&D Program for 11th Five-year Plan. The program is "Industrial Demonstration of Producing Commercial Organic Fertilizer with Organic Waste", and MWI built several benchmarking projects which represents the highest level in China during the implementation. With solid foundation and strong performances in this field, MWI was entrusted by Standardization Administration of China (SAP) to draft national standard in 2012, and in 2013, which have been promulgated and implemented, and stand for the highest level all over China. In the past 30 years, MWI has built more than 80 organic waste processing projects in Beijing, Shandong, Zhejiang, Ningxia, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Qinghai, Kweichow, Liaoning, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Fujian and so on.
MWI's strengths are embodied in the following aspects:
A. Group strength. Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences (CAAMS) is the largest comprehensive scientific and technological enterprise in agricultural equipment. She has more than 3000 unit testing equipment and advanced manufacturing facilities. And more than 2000 R & D professionals servicing at CAAMS. With a history of 38 years in the area of processing organic waste, MWI has developed core equipment with premium performance and abundant experience on organic waste processing engineering.
B. Qualification and License. CAAMS has the Grade A Qualification on prospective design, engineering design, engineering contract, and engineering consultation, which can be shared by her subsidiary company, including MWI. And MWI has passed ISO9000 quality system authentication, which means that she has developed perfect quality assurance system.
C. Engineering Design. As the earliest pioneer in organic fertilizer equipment area, MWI has accumulated designing experiences and processing technology data from hundreds of organic waste processing projects, which will help us satisfy different customers' requirement in furthest content. With these experience, MWI offers processing line with advanced core equipment, reasonable process, and economical operation.
D. Sample Projects. MWI has contracted a large number of organic waste processing projects with capacity of more than 10 thousand metric ton per year. On this process, MWI has developed standard and efficient management system covering delivery, installation, onsite commissioning, and after-sales service. This lays a solid foundation for our contracting and implementing this organic waste composting project.
E. After-Sales Service. As a large comprehensive scientific and technological enterprise owned by central government of China, CAAMS's functional divisions run regularly, and the engineer team is stable. So MWI has the ability of offering long term service and premium after-sales service, which will thoroughly eliminating customers' worries.
