71 Gleason equipments, including the up-to-date 600HC NC teeth-cutting machines, 600HTT NC test machines, and 450HG and 800HG milling machines
These machines are employed in our gear processing.
Heat Treatment:
12 tank-less carbonization furnace lines are used for heating treatment, among which the double-line furnace was bought from the US HOLCORT/LOFTUS Company. Temperature, burning and process are well controlled by computer system.
