Trismoka produces coffee since 1978. Our mission has always been to promote the culture of a great espresso, which means much more than just selecting and distributing the best quality coffee for Bars. As a matter of fact, a great skill in roasting the product is needed, as well as an huge attention on its preparation, with special regards to training and assisting our estimated baristas. So that nothing is undervalued in the difficult art of preparing an excellent coffee. It is a small artwork, a source of pleasure that can only be guaranteed through teamwork between us and our baristas. We are coffee roasters with a family tradition. Producing coffee is an art that we have been passing on for over 50 years. We take care of the roasting with great attention. We train and support the baristas, the masters of flavour, as well as the youngest artists of the future. Always with passion and devotion of all time.
