The ducks are raised in the clean air of the wheat belt in the Wimmera area of country Victoria Australia, our ducks are a special breed, developed by us from local and imported strains, with the aim of developing birds that are full in flavour, meaty but lower in fat than the average bird with high breast meat thickness.
