2. Introduction
Our company was founded in 1977, in Eiheji, Fukui Prefecture, a place famous for its inhabitants' healthy lifestyle and longevity. We take pride in our top-class tofu production, including its top-rated sesame tofu which holds a large share of the Japanese market, and our restaurant "Sachiya", located near the Eiheiji temple. We are well-known for our capabilities when it comes to creating strong tofu, and sesame-based products.
3. About the products
Our flagship product is our sesame tofu, a famous Eiheiji specialty.
We also have innovative tofu products based in traditional Buddhist shoujin cooking and traditional tofu cuisine, as well as soy milk sweets.
We use underground water drawn from the Hakusan mountain in Gifu Prefecture, and all of our carefully selected ingredients are of the highest quality, thus allowing our consumers to enjoy our products with peace of mind.
4. Certification / Awards
For 9 consecutive years (for a total of 10 times), we have won awards at the Japanese Agriculture Ministry's "Hometown Food Contest."
Our soy chocolate has been awarded the Minister of Agriculture's special prize.
Our sesame tofu won an award at the Monde Selection 2012.
We have been ISO22000-certified since 2007.
5. Domestic results / exports
Sesame tofu: a total of more than 40 million portions shipped.

In order to give back to society, our company is a TFT participant.
