Yangzhou Oak Heat Exchanger Technology Company is located on the development zone of high and new technology in Yangzhou, Jiangsu province. Our company is composed of senior technicians working in domestic vehicle and industrial heat exchanger, also, the company has established long-term scientific research cooperation with Yangzhou University. Oak has two production lines, each for stainless-steel product and tube heat exchanger product. Critical production facilities including vacuum brazing furnace, assembly line, and multiaxial laser welding are highly advanced.
Oak mainly produced five types of heat exchanger products including stainless-steel exhaust gas recirculation cooler(EGR cooler) series, metal substrate, stainless-steel engine oil cooler series, double-pipe heat exchanger and plate heat exchanger etc. Annual output of stainless- steel product can reach to 800,000 PCS.
The EGR cooler is one of the essential parts in EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system. EGR cooler developed by our company has two types, shelled structure and flat tube with internal fin structure, both use material of corrosion resistance and carbon deposit resistance, and formed series that can meet diversified requirements according to customer's demand. Existing EGR cooler in shelled structure can match up with engine with displacement from 2.5 litre to 10 litre, basic series of the shell outer diameter include 82mm, 66mm, 54mm, and 45mm. Existing EGR cooler in flat tube with internal fin structure can match up with engine with displacement from 2.5 litre to 6 litre, and satisfy at least level four national emission standard.
Three way catalyst has become the main equipment to control exhaust pollution of vehicles these years. With the development of automotive industry and environmental cause, metal substrate has gradually replaced ceramic substrate to meet higher requirement. Metal substrate has higher mechanical strength and conversion efficiency, thickness up to 0.04mm offers extreme low reluctance for exhaust emission, which contribute to lower engine power loss. What is more, great thermal conductivity and low heat capacity lead to lower exhaust pollution during cold start.
Engine oil cooler plays an important role in engine lubrication system. The stainless-steel engine oil cooler series produced by our company include structures like lath structure, disc(square, diamond) plate structure, laminated structure, nearly 100 types which can match up with engine with displacement from 2.5 litre to 10 litre.
Double-pipe heat exchanger(coaxial heat exchanger) is widely used for strengthen heat exchange of water, steam, ethanol, and Freon in refrigerating, industrial, and ship equipment. The double-pipe heat exchanger product in our company includes series of refrigeration, industry(the heat transfer between steam and water, used in beverage industry) and ship equipment etc.
Plate type heat exchanger is a new high-efficiency heat exchanger that is widely used in engineering industry, chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, air separation equipment, and liquefied natural gas etc. Our company mainly produce brazed heat exchanger(BHE) and aluminum finned heat exchanger.
Products of our company are mainly exported to both domestic and foreign accessories markets at present.
