It is the first time that I deal with these kinds of products, I never heard it before. In the past I was a person who don't know too much about the cars, in a word the relate things to the cars. I just heard some names of the brand cars, but for the symbol I didn't know it at all. How poor I was, luckily I got this job, and I get the chance to know more information about the cars. The first time I get to know the car maintain products: professional diagnostic tools, car key programmer, odometer correction kits etc, it was a bit hard for me to get to know all information about the tools, as there are so many tools and they have different features, how can I remember all of them? As time went by, I had to deal with the inquiry about the products, when I didn't know how to deal with it, then I will ask for help from the colleague, I just get to know more information about the tools day by day. So when the customers ask questions about the products I can handle mostly of them, for the technical questions I have to ask the engineer. As time went by, I get to know almost the entire name of the car brands, as well as the symbols. I am so luckily and so happy about that. Here I would like to talk something about the professional diagnostic tools, there are launch x431 master, autoboss v30 scanner, GM Tech 2, these three can work on wide coverage car brands, and launch x431 master/autoboss v30 scanner can be updated via internet which make it more convenient for the customers to do the update. BMW GT1, BMW OPS and BMW OPPS are obvious professional diagnostic tools for the BMW car, they are the most professional tools, but they are a bit different with each other, BMW GT1 is good for the BMW cars before 2005, BMW OPS and BMW OPPS good for the BMW cars from 2005 to present year, they all can diagnosis and program. MB Star(Benz star) for the Mercedes Benz, it is the most professional diagnostic tool, and many of the 4S Mercedes Benz car maintain workshops prefer this tools than any other tools
