    是這樣的,這個客人公司規(guī)模不錯,可惜最終我沒有能夠談下來。我把與客人的交流過程寫出來給大家分享。其他的話不多說了,先上客人大的郵件:
    Dear Helen,
    It's very nice talked with you on the phone just now. It's so pity that you didnt get my email about our new ITX items. Here I resend it.
    Attached is detail specification and product pictures(SGCC,0.5mm). It's a little different with ITX model in right now market,we designed the DVD-ROM as same as normal ATX case. So that can save some cost for our clients and the price more attractive. Hope you like it.
    About the sample of 6015.We can pay the sample charges,it's no problem. But for the freight,can you tell me your courier account no.? Such as Fedex,DHL etc. As you know,Generally,clients pay the freight cost,and factory pay the sample cost. I think you must know it very clear as professional company. We can refund the freight cost to you if you place an order in future.

    在和客人談快遞費(fèi)的問題時候,客人不愿意付快遞費(fèi),我考慮客人在當(dāng)?shù)匾?guī)模比較大,就自己花了1000多的運(yùn)費(fèi)。把樣品快遞給了客人了。

    后來我發(fā)郵件給客人詢問樣品的情況,結(jié)果沒回復(fù)!我就打電話過去問,客人說最近比較忙,等幾天會給我答復(fù),后來收到郵件:
    Dear Feel,
    How are you?
    As we’ve checked, the case? thickness is not much. Please let me know the price if we need 06.mm or 0.8mm for thickness.

    但是我們根本就沒做這個規(guī)格的!我就想讓客戶選擇我們現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)品:

    For sure, we also can do 0.6mm,0.8mm for you. But we have a request about the quantity, should be reach xxxxx pcs each month,becoz we have to modify the mould.? The price for 0.6mm thickness will be xxx more; for 0.8mm,I have to check it later.

    One 20feet container can only load xxx pcs. The price last time I gave you is for at least 1x40HQ. If you place one 20feet container,the price will be a little higher.Hope you can understand. I know it's a trial order. But can you increase the quantity to 1x40HQ for trial order? 40 HQ can load about xxxx pcs.

    客人還價0.5USD,這個價格做也能做,但量太少了,沒什么意思了。于是就跟客人說做不了,價格太低,但客戶又讓我給她另一種規(guī)格的PI,

We believe,it's a normal quantity for Faraasso. Actually, After several business,you will find that our advantage. Till now,we make many different pannels according our clients requestes,we design for them.But they assure quantity for us. Same like the thickness.

    結(jié)果客人有一段時間沒沒回我郵件,電話打過去,客人說開始只能先做一個20小柜,但是工廠的人說量太少,也不愿意做。
    怎么辦?就和客人說做不了0.8mm,還是希望客人可以考慮0.5mm規(guī)格的。郵件發(fā)過去后,10幾天客人都沒回復(fù)。我又等了兩三天,又給客人發(fā)了封郵件,接受了她之前的價格,但規(guī)格是和我們公司能做那款!希望能挽回這個客人:

    Actually,it's seldom find 0.8mm thickness in right now market.0.5mm is prevailing one.
    To be frank,I have tried ask some friends in PC computer area,they all dont produce 0.8mm.
    Now we have a new model, housing is 0.5mm,side panel is 0.6mm. But expensive than normal one. That the most thick one we have.
    As I told you on the phone, We can try 0.8 in future.But not now. Hope you understand.
