Introduction: Cationic flake is fatty acid amides, suitable for all kinds of textile softener.Especially suitable for acrylic fiber and its blended fabric. Impart the fabric with fluffy, soft, smooth feel, the effect of Whiteness of fabrics and colored light is small ,low yellowing. Good antistatic, anti acid and hard water.

Use Area
◆ Soft finish of all kinds of textile, especially suitable for acrylic fiber and its blended fabric. Impart the fabric with fluffy, soft, smooth feel, the effect of Whiteness of fabrics and colored light is small ,low yellowing. Good antistatic, anti acid and hard water.

Usage amount for reference
◆ Dipping Process: 0.3-0.8%(o.w.f) , bath ratio 1:10-15,temperature:40-50℃，15-30 minutes.
◆ Padding Process: 2-3g/L ,temperature 30 ~ 40°C.

Dilution
◆ Pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 10%, stir and soak the mixture for 10-20min till flake completely disperse, then stir and heat to 50—60°C until the flakes melt, it need about 1 hour. After observing the flakes are totally dissolved, continually stir the mixture till to get a uniform paste. Then the product can be used.
Storage
◆ Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Take care of heavy pressure to prevent agglomeration. One year of storage period.
