please send me your terms of manufactoring and prices for the item BIZ2008 (blue) in the quantity of 5000 sets.

正在看信的時候一個電話打過來000開頭的,職業(yè)敏感告訴我有料要到了。

Could you tell us do you want your cargo before Christmas or After Christmas?
That will help us arrange manufacturing schedule for you.
In addition,our Chinese New year holiday will be start from 1st Feb,2008.
(詢問客戶是圣誕節(jié)前要產(chǎn)品還是節(jié)后要,并說明我們的新年假期從08年2月1日開始至10日結(jié)束。)
目的:探出客戶要貨時間是急還是緩,以便確定價格策略.

客戶來電話說明需要5天內(nèi)做完定單。
E: Could you finish 5000pcs in 5 days? (5天你們能不能搞定5千套)
R:思考了幾秒(在計算工廠的產(chǎn)能,正常情況下5000套產(chǎn)品4天可以做完)說。
I estimate we can finish it 7 working days.??(心理計算離客戶的交貨期相差不大,客戶應(yīng)該可以接受)
我估計我們能在7個工作日搞定。

同時也來了郵件(老外習慣口頭溝通之后在書面確認一次)。

we need to receive this order very urgently. (我們非常迫切的需要接下此訂單)
please inform me if it is possible to produce this order within 5 days and
then we are ready to pay for these DVD 1.735$ per set.
(請確認5天內(nèi)是否能完全生產(chǎn)完,而且我們希望以1.735美金一套的價格購買)
分析:5天內(nèi)做完定單,要貨很急。還想討價還價為1.735美金。
呵呵,不可能滴,要貨急不漲你價就不錯了。

We need at least 7 day to produce 5000pcs when we confirm your payment.
(在我們收到您的匯款后,我們需要至少7天來完成5千套產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn))
You should pay us 100% charge when you order,since you need the products urgently and
we have to change some manufacturing progress.
(您在下定單時必須100%付款,因為交期緊,我們也要改變生產(chǎn)程序)
The unit is US$1.779 is our best price for you. (單價為1.779美金是給您的最優(yōu)惠的價格)
以上三句分別表明態(tài)度
1.生產(chǎn)時間OK
2.必須付款100%,理由是我們要重新排單特別生產(chǎn)你的貨。
3.單價不降,保持態(tài)度強硬(這個時候若是為了接單降價就死定了,會讓客戶再次砍價。
The net weight of one carton (1000) is 6.5Kg.
The gross weight of one carton (1000) is 8Kg.
將歐元換算成等值1.779美金/套,并確認每箱凈重為6.5公斤,毛重為8公斤。
客戶下定單時候必須100%付款,確認匯款后7天交貨.
注意:偶的報價都是報三位小數(shù)的,為的是客戶討價還價時候只能讓他們在第三位小數(shù)那里浮動。

(特提醒對方如下內(nèi)容,因為以前有客戶寫漏或?qū)戝e字母和名稱造成收款延誤)
1.Please write our benificiary full name. (請?zhí)顚懳覀兊氖芤嫒巳?br />2.Please write your company bank account number. (請?zhí)顚懩編籼柎a)
3.Please write your company full name and full address. (請?zhí)顚懩救驮敿毜刂罚?br />
When you finish payment,pls send bank receipt to us. (匯款后請將銀行水單發(fā)給我們)
That will help us to communicate with our bank. (那會有助于我們和銀行溝通)
Our SAFE reinforce monitor foreign exchange this year. (我們的外匯管理局今年加強了對外匯監(jiān)管力度)
上面說明要匯款水單和理由。和老外打交到你提出要求并說明合理的理由他們都會滿足你。

經(jīng)過兩個回合交流,此本單基本敲定,給客戶中行帳號等待對方付款就可以了。
三、生產(chǎn)出貨篇:4小時敲定6.5萬定單,72小時完成100%收款,20天完成全部出貨。
