    Product Description

    Introduction:

    The biomass gasifier is to convery biomass materials(agricultural & forestry wastes) into gas.Then the gas can be used in boiler,heating furnace,power generator and other kinds of industry furnaces.It combines gasification chamber with grate,makes the working process much stable.The biomass gasifier successfully solve the wastes of biomass.It can deal with biomass wastes and make them into energy and also it is environmental-friendly because no sulphur is contained.

    Suitable biomass materials:(almost all kinds of agricultural & forestry wastes)

    Our biomass gasification process is very simple.Just load the biomass materials into the gasification chamber,then gas will be produced.Our gasifier combines gasification chamber with grate,the grate moves slowly,make the temperature inside uniform.Also,final ash will be discharges slowly.The whole process is very stable and safe.The heat value of produced gas is 1200-1500Kcal/m3.Can be used in boiler,heating furnace,power generator and other kinds of industry furnaces.Usually our customers use this horizontal type for small boiler because they have similar size.

    If you want to use the gas in glass kiln,internal-combustion generator and grain drying machine etc(high-quality furnaces),then a cleaning system is needed to pure the gas becasue there will be some tar contained.If you want to use the gas in steam boiler,forging machine and heating stove etc(just heating furnaces),just send the gas directly,they can replace coal,petroleum and natural gas.
