Combine heat with power biomass gasification co-generation power plant
The principle of our TY-LQHL biomass gasifier is making biomass materials(agricultural & forestry wastes etc) into gas.The produced gas can be used in many kinds of industry furnaces replacing coal,natural gas and petroleum.
This TY-LQHL type gasifier uses fluidized bed,making the biomass materials inside flowing.It has much higher gasification efficiency than fixed bed because materials inside will not be coking.Ashes will be discharged slowly and continuously.

Produced gas can be used in many types of industry furnaces.
1.Steam boiler,gas boiler,forging plant,rolling machine and other kinds of industry heating furnaces.-------Produced gas can be sent to these furnaces without cleaning and cooling.
2.Internal-combustion power generator etc.-------A set of cleaning and cooling system should be equipped.Also need a dry-type gas storage to make the gas stable.
3.Glass kiln,ceramic kiln etc.--------Need to clean the gas first,so a cleaning system should be equipped.Gas storage depends on the production requirements.

There are three ways for get electric power:
1.Steam boiler with steam engine--only need biomass gasifier:Suitable for big scale co-generation system.Can get heat and electric power at the same time.
2.Combustible gas turbine--need biomass gasifier and cleaning system:Suitable for medium scale power plant.
3.Internal-combustion generator--need biomass gasifier,cleaning system and cooling system:Suitable for small scale power plant.

Suitable biomass materials:almost all kinds of agricultural & forestry wastes are suitable,like wood,bamboo,rice husk,sugarcane,corn cob,stalk,straw,building template,coconut shell,palm shell,cotton fabric,coconut fiber,coffee ground etc.Just make sure the size is 1-20mm,otherwise the fan can not flow these raw materials up.

1.What is this kind of biomass gasifier?
This is fluidized-bed biomass gasification plant.The pyrolysis temerature is about 800℃.
2.What kind of biomass materials can be used?
Woodchips,rice husk,straw,palm shell,wood pellets etc.Just make sure they are not in big size.
3.How much gas fuel can be produced?
Each set of our gsification machine can produce 600-6000M3/h.Different modes have different capacities.
4.How about the spec of the gas fuel?
The heat value is about 1500kcal/M3.(Take stevia rebaudiana as an example.)
CH4:about 17%
CO:about 17%
H2:about 4%
5.What is the application/usage of the gas fuel?
Can be used in steam boiler,all kinds of heat-supplying equipment,internal-combustion generator etc.
