Sawdust gasifier biomass gasification power plant?
Simple introduction:
The whole gasiifcation & generation power plant includes crusher,dryer,gasifier,cleaning system,gas storage,cooling system,internal-combustion generator,controller.
Biomass raw materials will be fed into gasifier,under the high temperature,biomass materials will be split into gas immediately.There will be some tar contained in gas,but after passing the cleaning system,all tar will be split.Final gas can be sent to the power generator directly by cooling down.

This TY-LQHL type gasifier adopts fluidized bed,which makes biomass materials flewing inside the furnace,then slag formation will not happen.When materials are sent into the furnace,they will be soon flowed by a fan,making the gasification efficiency much higher than fixed bed.

This dry type storage is to store gas fuel,at the same time,it's second function is to make the gas stable enough to be sent to the power generator.

The internal-combustion power generator is to generate electric power from gas fuel.The inlet temperature of gas fuel should be less than 80oC.Also,there will be a water cooling system(circulation) equipped to cool down this generator.The electric power generated can be used for industry,grid and factory self.

Besides,if you do not need to generate power,but only get gas fuel,that is also ok.For glass plant,ceramics plant,gas boiler and other high-requirement machines,still need a cleaning system,no cooling system.But for some heating furnaces like steam boiler,forging machine,soaking pits and industry heater,then cleaning system and cooling system are not required.

Suitable biomass materails:Almost all kinds of agricultural and forestry wastes are suitable,like wood chip,sawdust,wood shaving,rice husk,herbal residue,palm shell,coconut shell,coconut fiber,cotton fabric,elephant grass,wood pellet,corn cob,stalk,straw,coffee ground etc.

This is fluidized-bed biomass gasification plant.The pyrolysis temerature is about 800℃.
2.What kind of biomass materials can be used?
Woodchips,rice husk,straw,palm shell,wood pellets etc.Just make sure they are not in big size.

Each set of our gsification machine can produce 600-6000M3/h.Different modes have different capacities.
4.How about the spec of the gas fuel?
The heat value is about 1500kcal/M3.(Take stevia rebaudiana as an example.)
