    Product Description

    Gasification:Gasification stove is a equipment making biomass raw materials into gas fuel.By controlling the inlet air capacity,biomass materials inside burn incompletely.The carbon contained will split into gas fuel under the condition of high temperature and anoxia.Biomass gas fuel mainly includes H2,CO,CH4 and CnHm.

    Power generation:

    The outlet temperature of gas is about 350-850oC.Also,there will be some tar contained in the gas fuel.Internal-combustion power generator requires high quality gas fuel,so a cleaning system will be equipped to split tar.Besides,you also need a gas storage is make the gas stable.What's more,a cooling system is also needed to cool down the gas fuel lower than 40oC,then clean and cool gas fuel can be sent to the generator to get power.

    This is fluidized-bed biomass gasification plant.The pyrolysis temerature is about 800℃.

    2.What kind of biomass materials can be used?

    Woodchips,rice husk,straw,palm shell,wood pellets etc.Just make sure they are not in big size.

    3.How much gas fuel can be produced?

    Each set of our gsification machine can produce 600-6000M3/h.Different modes have different capacities.

    4.How about the spec of the gas fuel?

    The heat value is about 1500kcal/M3.(Take stevia rebaudiana as an example.)

    CH4:about 17%

    CO:about 17%

    H2:about 4%

    5.What is the application/usage of the gas fuel?

    Can be used in steam boiler,all kinds of heat-supplying equipment,internal-combustion generator etc.
