What is Gasification ?
Gasification?is a process that converts biomass materials?into carbon gas.This process is called pyrolysis,means biomass materials will be splitted into syngas with the high temperature of above?700?°C.The power derived from gasification and combustion of the resultant gas is considered to be a source of?renewable energy?if the gasified compounds were obtained from biomass.
What kind of biomass materials are suitable?
Almost all kinds of biomass wastes are suitable,like wood chips,wood branches,wood shavings,wood pellets,straw,stalk,corn cob,sugar bagasse,bamboo wastes,coconut shell,palm shell,sunflower husk,olive wastes,sawdust,livestock manure,poultry manure,herbal residue etc.

Advantages:
1.In structure,it combines the gasification room with chain belt grate stoker.And high temperature can make the tar fully split,also generate the gas fuel stably.This gasification stove is suitable for supporting boiler,forging,steel rolling,Aluminum melting and other kinds of heating furnaces.
