The TYTHL-1000 type biomass carbonization oven consists 2 chambers,3 trolleys,rail as well as engines.The chambers can operate in drying and carbonization modes.Furnace size correspond to the dimensions of 40' container which makes the delivery easier and cheaper.Each chamber contains 1 trolley and has a rail to load/unload the trolley.The furnace is equipped with gas channels used to transport gas emitted during the carbonization process into the furnace.It provides supporting of the drying and carbonization modes.

The working process:
Load the biomass materials into the trolleys.Then trolleys are moved to the drying/carbonization chamber switched to the drying mode.After the loaded materials are completely dried,this chamber is switched to the carbonization mode.At the same time the produced gas is directed into the furnace,where they are burnt to support the process.Residual heat from the carbonization mode chamber is directed into the drying mode chamber.When the carbonization mode finishes,the carbonization mode chamber is switched into drying mode,and the drying mode chamber is swiched into carbonization mode,it occurs simultaneously and synchronously.The trolley with produced charcoal are moved out of the chamber and placed on the area for cooling.The empty chamber in drying mode is filled with biomass materials again.The cycle is repeated.

The TYTHL-1000 type biomass carbonization oven?is suitable for all kinds of forestry and agricultural wastes,like wood chip,wood branch,rice husk,straw,stalk,sugar bagasse,bamboo,wood pellet,poultry body,stock body etc.Adopts advanced tech to make the bio wastes into high-quality charcoal.During the machine working process,there is no dirty water and tar discharged.Final charcoal can be used as fertilizer,BBQ,shisha,actived carbon etc.
The machine and equipped spare parts will be packed with film or wooden pallet.
